Our 4-Point Guarantee
The ForceBrain.com 4-point guarantee exists here publically online. Our guarantee currently covers deployment, development, data services, and pricing.
#1 – Deployment Guarantee
ForceBrain.com will configure and develop your solution in your test environment (sandbox) — this may not be necessary for brand new instances of Salesforce. We invoke rigorous testing in your test environment. Upon your agreement that we have successfully passed all tests, we “go-live” and deploy your solution to your production environment during non-operational business hours. #2 – Development Guarantee
ForceBrain.com will fix all bugs that are due to our error, and reported within 15 days of our concluded work order. ForceBrain.com will comment all custom code according to coding standards, so our code can be understood by new developers.
#3 – Data Services Guarantee
ForceBrain.com will delete and re-import your dataset at no cost, if we fail to migrate your data properly, so long as the data you provided us meets the requirements for import into Salesforce (see Salesforce “Help & Training” for details).
#4 – Price Guarantee
ForceBrain.com will beat any competitive bid by a full 10% that is shared with us from a company of equal caliber service.
