We at ForceBrain.com publish our full 3-point guarantee here publically online. Our guarantee covers deployment, development, and our data services.
#1 – Deployment Guarantee
ForceBrain.com 100% guarantees a smooth deployment which will not negatively impact your operations in any way whatsoever. We always make a full backup of your entire database prior to deployment. For custom code deployments, we create a sandbox that is an exact clone of your production environment prior to deployment, we invoke rigorous testing, and only upon successfully passing all tests, we deploy during non-operational business hours. Still should an issue arise in production, we revert production back to its original state prior to operation hours, and commence further testing in the sandbox environment. #2 – Development Guarantee
ForceBrain.com will both correct any requirements that are not met, prior to project deployment. At the conclusion of our agreement, ForceBrain.com will fix all bugs that are a) due to our error, and b) reported within 15 days of our concluded work order. ForceBrain.com will comment any custom code, according to coding standards, so our code can be understood by new developers.
#3 – Data Services Guarantee
ForceBrain.com will delete and re-import your dataset at no cost, if we fail to migrate your data properly, so long as the data you provided us meets the requirements for import into Salesforce (see the link in Salesforce titled “Help & Training” for details).
