TIP: Test before Go-Live!

Test & Revise

We highly recommend that you include a UAT (User Acceptance Test) milestone in your project.  A small pilot group of super users will get trained on the solution, they will be provided specific scenarios to test, and a formal process to provide feedback and note defects.  We will then quickly make revisions before going live to the large audience, so the solution is really polished.

Test the Happy Path +

We recommend that you absolutely document the “happy path” (primary use cases) and test these thoroughly to assure we get the most critical feedback.  It’s also important to document and test the “edge cases” to assure all potential scenarios are fully tested before GO-LIVE.

Gain Acceptance

We recommend the UAT milestone continue through several rounds, until the super users accept the solution as ready.
