Most people aren’t aware of a little known feature called “My Email to Salesforce”. With this feature, you can add a special Salesforce Email address in the BCC field, and the email will be attached to the appropriate records in Salesforce. This works great for corporate customers on Outlook Webmail.
To set this feature up, login to Salesforce, click on SETUP in the upper right, and click on the screenshot here.
