Today’s keynote at Dreamforce 09 was very typical in that it was full of surprises and exciting announcements.  From Mayor Gavin Newsom to a number of new features coming, including:

• Entirely revamped Reporting & Analytics Engine!
• New User Interface (skin) for Salesforce coming in 2010!
• Cloud Scheduler to avoid sending countless emails just to book a meeting!
• New Twitter integration on all standard objects!
• Salesforce Content included in new editions!

…and perhaps most exciting, Salesforce’s entry into Social CRM with Salesforce Chatter!
