Today’s keynote at Dreamforce 09 was very typical in that it was full of surprises and exciting announcements.  From Mayor Gavin Newsom to a number of new features coming, including:

• Entirely revamped Reporting & Analytics Engine
• Cloud Scheduler to avoid sending countless emails just to book a meeting.
• New Twitter integration on all standard objects.
• Salesforce Content included in new editions.

…and perhaps most exciting, Salesforce’s entry into Social CRM with Salesforce Chatter!
