ForceBrain.com is the #1 most popular salesforce.com consulting partner (AppExchange 2010).  We architect cloud solutions out of our creative loft space just blocks away from salesforce.com’s San Mateo office, and we’re hiring hiring a Dir of Alliances / Technical AE to join our core team of Architects, Consultants, Implementers, & Force.com Developers in San Mateo.  You will mentor directly with the CEO and our Dir of Client Strategy to grow our business development efforts.  We’re in extremely high demand and our close ratio is 2:1, so be prepared to work hard and win often.

Job Description

ForceBrain.com’s Director of Alliances is a quota-carrying, technology-focused sales person, responsible for selling ForceBrain.com services and software to small, mid-market, and enterprise companies. This role is responsible for developing and executing an alliance plan to a) make ForceBrain.com the PSO for our product-focused partners, and b) acquire new customers as a result. Period.

The Director of Alliances reports directly to the CEO, participates in quarterly strategy definition, and rewards are commensurate with alliance performance in all areas listed above.

Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of quota carrying sales & account management experience.
  • You have experience solution selling professional services.
  • You have expertise in understanding the business processes, and systems involved in running organizations.
  • You have a track record of over-achieving your quota in past positions.
  • You are comfortable managing the sales cycle from evaluator to the decision maker level.
  • You have strong CRM and Salesforce experience.
  • You thrive in a startup organization / entrepreneurial environment.
