This web page is using the powerful Salesforce Email-to-Case feature, with work flow rules. This case will get auto-imported into Salesforce CRM and assigned to a ForceBrain.com Rep. If they do not get back to you quickly, their manager will be notified. Pretty cool, eh? ;-)
